Hi! Welcome to my page. I am Sarah Lerdal and I have been a cosmetologist for five years and I LOVE my job!

It is very rewarding to wake up every morning and go to a job I love. Every day is fun and exciting with new challenges and opportunities to learn new ways to keep my clients looking and feeling their best. Cosmetology is always changing with new designs, techniques, styles, and products.

I graduated from Hoover High School in Des Moines in May of 2000. After a couple of years working part time and going to college part time, I decided I wanted to try Cosmetology and enrolled at LaJames International College for Cosmetology. Since graduating from LaJames, I worked at three other salons before coming to Elements in August of 2007. I love the upbeat atmosphere and attitude when I walk in the door at Elements. All of the stylists are very positive and eager to do what they love to do . . . help their clients look their best! To me, that is the most rewarding aspect of my career. Many of my clients have been referred to me after receiving haircuts or colors that were not well suited to them. I have worked with them to create a more flattering style for them that makes them look and feel great!
